Making A Purchase
Order online at www.y3k.com, by phone on 0844 947 3000 (Intl. +44 844947 3000) or in person at our showroom
We accept all major debit and credit cards, bank transfers, cash, paypal and cheques. We also offer Credit Accounts for qualifying customers.
Please note some payment methods may require clearing before goods are released. A 2.6% surcharge applies on payments by American Express.
Shipping And Handling
All deliveries are insured and have to be signed for, if no one is available to sign for your delivery you will be left a calling card with contact details for rearranging delivery to a convenient time.
Please allow an extra 5 working days for cheque clearance if paying by cheque.All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be notified in writing by post, fax or email within 72 hrs of signing for the delivery, any claims for shortages or damages reported after this time limit will not be accepted.

£9.95 for the first 15Kg then 35p per Kg
Express Next Day AM Delivery (Order by 4pm to receive NextWorking Day by 12pm):
£19.95 for the first 15Kg then 45p per Kg
Express Next Day 9am Delivery (Order by 4pm to receive Next Working Day by 9am):
£39.95 for the first 15Kg then 95p per Kg
Saturday Delivery (Order by 4pm to receive Saturday by 12pm):
£39.95 for the first 15Kg then 95p per Kg
BT, IM, HS, IV, KA, PA,PH, TR, ZE postcodes:
£19.95 for the first 15Kg then 35p per Kg

Back Orders
If the item you order is out of stock we will call you and give you the option to wait for the goods, amend your order or cancel.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added (if you are VAT registered and in Europe, we can remove the VAT so you can pay it locally, providing the goods are delivered to an address outside the UK).
Orders made from outside the UK and Europe and delivered to an officially recognised Freight Forwarder or to an address outside the UK and Europe are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
For your security when placing online orders all credit card numbersare encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
All products shown are new and covered by manufacturers warranty for a minimum of 12 months unless otherwise stated. (All warranties exclude product misuse and normal wear & tear).
Returns Policy
You may cancel your purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery by calling 0844 947 3000 and obtaining a returns number. Providing we receive the goods within 7 days of issuing a returns number and the goods are in their Original Packaging and Condition you will be refunded the price paid within 30 days from the date on which we received the goods.All returns are to be sent to Y3K (Europe) Limited at the buyers own cost and risk.
The following exclusions apply to the refund policy stated above:
- Goods that are received after the time period stated above but within30 days will be subject to a restocking charge and will only be accepted at Y3K’s discretion and with prior written agreement.
- Goods over 30 days old will not be accepted for refund.
- Goods that are not in their original packaging and condition are excluded.
- Goods ordered by consumers returned within 7 days and complying withthe above policy will be collected free. This applies to goods sold in the UK only.
Please note these may be excluded from our standard guarantee and returns policy. If this is the cae you will be informed at the time of ordering and details will be shown on your invoice.
Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product or your product becomes faulty we will repair/replace (at our discretion) the product.
Please call 0871 222 1430 to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number so that you can send the faulty product back to us.
The Returns Authorisation Number must be clearly marked on the outer packaging of the goods you return, a copy of your invoice must also be sent with the goods, any goods returned without an authorisation number or copy invoice will not be accepted.
All returns are to be sent to Y3K (Europe) Limited at the buyers own cost and risk. The cost of returns to Y3K (Europe) Limited is not covered by the product warranty. Goods that are being returned to customers will be carriage free to UK addresses only.
Returns procedure
If you would like to make a return, please call us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number, this must be clearly marked on your returned goods,a copy of your invoice must also be sent with the goods, any goods returned without an authorisation number or copy invoice will not be accepted.
The buyer will be responsible for ensuring that all returns are delivered to Y3K (Europe) Limited and for providing proof of delivery of such return, the cost of such returns is not covered by the Product warranty.
Privacy Policy
We do not disclose your information to third parties unless specifically linked to your order, for example, to inform a third-party of your address for goods delivery purposes.
